Mario Alberto Ishii y Secretario Ejecutivo de Ciudades del Aprendizaje de la UNESCO en Argentina, recibió al mediodía en su despacho, importante comitiva de la Universidad de Hubei, República Popular China, renovando la cooperación permanente, lazos culturales y educativos del Distrito de José C. Paz con el gigante asiático. El intendente Mario Ishii por casi tres décadas viene consolidando el diálogo fructífero con China.
